Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated: 11 September 2026 · Shanghai Wusuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

MOQ, OEM/ODM, certifications, lead time, payment terms and warranty — the questions B2B buyers ask us most. Still unsure? Send us an inquiry.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on the item — typically 50 units for welding machines and 5,000 pcs for consumables; both are negotiable. If you want to evaluate first, you can order a single sample unit.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes. We support OEM and ODM: logo and branding, retail packaging, colour, and firmware or app customisation. Send us your artwork and target specification and we will confirm feasibility and tooling requirements.

We can also supply under your own brand, or under our house brand RIGHTEST, so you can start with a ready product line instead of creating new artwork. If you need brand assets or a distributor authorisation letter, tell us and we will confirm what we can provide.

Do the products have the certifications we need?

Our products are manufactured to meet CE, FCC and RoHS requirements, and we can request test reports, UN38.3 lithium-battery transport reports and MSDS from the manufacturers for the specific models you are considering. Certification and registration requirements differ by market, and the importer of record is responsible for confirming compliance in the destination market. Tell us which models and which market you need, and we will provide the documents we hold before you place a bulk order.

What compliance obligations apply in my market?

As the importer you are responsible for market access requirements in your country. Typical examples — EU: CE marking under the applicable directives (machinery, EMC, low voltage), RoHS, WEEE / EPR producer registration, an EU responsible person under the General Product Safety Regulation, and importer details on the label; US: California Proposition 65 warnings where applicable and any relevant CPSC requirements. We will tell you which documents we can provide for each model, and we support your testing and registration process. This is general information, not legal advice for your market.

How long is the lead time?

Sample orders: dispatched within 3–5 business days. Wholesale orders: production typically 20–35 days from deposit and artwork confirmation, plus sea transit. Final dates are confirmed in the sales contract.

Who pays for shipping and import duties?

We quote FOB or CIF. Sea freight, import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. Sample orders are quoted with shipping included, door to door.

Can I order a sample before committing to a bulk order?

Yes — and we recommend it. The sample fee is credited against your first wholesale order.

What are the payment terms?

Wholesale: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Samples: prepaid in full via PayPal. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal.

What is the warranty?

12 months against manufacturing defects, counted from arrival at the destination port or 15 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. Spare parts are supplied with subsequent orders, and we can include a recommended spares kit with your shipment.

Can you help with spare parts and after-sales?

Yes. We can supply spare parts, consumables and technical documentation, and we will support you and your end customers on technical questions.

How do I get a price list?

Send us your target models, quantities and destination market through the inquiry form or WhatsApp, and we will send the wholesale price list and MOQ sheet within one business day.

Do you provide CE and RoHS documentation?

Yes. For models supplied to the EU and other regulated markets we can provide CE declarations of conformity, RoHS statements and relevant test reports on request. Confirm the exact documents you need for your destination market when you enquire, and we will tell you what each model supports.

Can you ship to my country and handle export paperwork?

We ship worldwide by air (samples) and sea (wholesale). We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and any certificates needed for export; import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are handled by you or your freight forwarder. We can work with your nominated forwarder.

What welding machine should I choose for thin stainless steel?

For thin stainless (0.5–3 mm), a DC TIG welder gives the cleanest, lowest-distortion result; a synergic MIG with short-circuit transfer also works well for sheet. For general fabrication on mild steel, a MIG/MAG machine is usually the fastest. Tell us the material, thickness and monthly volume and we will recommend a model and a realistic spec.

Do you support OEM branding and private label?

Yes. We offer private-label logo, packaging, colour and (where applicable) firmware or housing customization. Artwork and tooling requirements are confirmed in writing before production starts. Minimums for private label are agreed per project.

What is your typical production lead time?

Sample orders dispatch within 3–5 business days. Wholesale production typically runs 20–35 days from deposit and artwork/specification confirmation, plus sea transit. Exact timing depends on the model and order size and is confirmed on the Proforma Invoice.

Are the product photos the actual units you supply?

Photographs show the model families we supply and are used with the authorization of the respective manufacturers or our sourcing partners. Where we list a specific model (for example NB-250, ADH-4S, TIG-200, CUT-50), the specifications describe that model. For a formal quotation we confirm the exact unit, certifications and documentation with you before any deposit.
